Your product is the conversation. AI should protect your time for it.

You run an advisory, benefits, or TPA practice in central Ohio. Clients pay for your judgment and the relationship — but your week leaks into scheduling tag, meeting-notes typing, renewal chasing, and answering the same questions from scratch. Those hours are recoverable, and recovering them safely in a regulated practice is my whole thing.

Where the hours hide

The same four places, almost every practice: every meeting booked through three emails and a missed call; the after-meeting hour of typing up notes and follow-ups; renewal and enrollment deadlines living in heads and inboxes; and the same client questions answered from scratch instead of from a library. None of these touch what you're licensed for — they're pure admin, and admin can be systematized.

The rule I work by: automate the process, never possess the data

Everything I recommend runs inside your systems and your logins. I configure; I never host, store, or export client information, and demos use synthetic data only. Where AI is involved, it's approved-vendor tools with proper agreements or systems that never leave your building — so your compliance answer stays clean. And I'm not an advisor: nothing here competes with you or touches what you're regulated to do.

Why that matters to your clients

Trust is your entire franchise. When a client asks — or a carrier or auditor asks — "who sees our information?", the setup I leave you with keeps the answer nobody new, with a straight face and a paper trail. Time back without a story you'd rather not tell.

What the free review looks like

One hour, evenings or weekends. You talk through how meetings, renewals, and client questions actually flow. You leave with a one-page plan: the three fixes ranked by payoff, what each saves and costs, one you can do yourself that week for free, and at least one thing I'd tell you to skip. About three minutes. Your slot is confirmed once these are in — I only run ten free reviews a quarter, so the questions are how I make each one count.
