This is what you leave with.

The one-page plan from the free review, exactly as you'd receive it. The company below is a composite example — invented so you can see the format — but every review follows this shape: where the hours go, one free fix you do yourself, the three that matter, and what to skip.

AI Review — Buckeye Independent Insurance

Where your hours are going

You and your two account managers build every certificate of insurance by hand and re-key renewal data between EZLynx and a spreadsheet. Between COIs and renewal chasing, that's roughly 12 hours a week of licensed-staff time going to work a system can do.

Do this week — free, ~30 minutes, no help needed

Save your five most-requested COIs as templates in EZLynx. You issue the same handful of certificates over and over — a landlord's additional-insured, a GC's waiver of subrogation. Build each once as a template today and you stop rebuilding them from scratch. Saves about 2 hours a week by Friday, no tools and no help from me.

The three that matter

#RecommendationHours/wk backEffortCost
1Auto-generate routine COIs from a request form~6needs help~$30/mo (Make)
2Renewal reminders + task hand-offs, automated~3needs help$0 (Power Automate — already in your Microsoft 365)
3Weekly production dashboard from your EZLynx exports~2weekend$0 (Looker Studio)
1 — Auto-generate routine COIs.

A branded request form (in your own account) feeds an automation that pulls the policy from EZLynx and produces the certificate for a quick human sign-off. Runs entirely inside your systems and logins — I set it up, I never hold your data. "Done" looks like: a broker emails you for a standard COI and it's back in five minutes without an account manager touching it.

2 — Renewal reminders + task hand-offs.

Ninety, sixty, and thirty days out, the system opens the renewal task and assigns it — no more scanning the expiration report by hand. Uses Power Automate, which you already pay for inside Microsoft 365, so there's no new tool. "Done" looks like: nothing renews late because someone forgot to look.

3 — Weekly production dashboard.

Your EZLynx export drops into a free Looker Studio dashboard — written premium, new vs. renewal, by producer — refreshed weekly on its own. "Done" looks like: Monday morning you glance at one page instead of building a spreadsheet.

What I'd skip

The AI website chatbot a vendor pitched you last month. For a 15-person agency your business comes from referrals and your carrier reps, not from strangers on your homepage — a chatbot would be a monthly bill guarding a door almost nobody uses. Put that money toward the COI automation that gives you back six hours a week.

If you want help

The review was free and everything above works without me. If you'd rather have any of it built and running for you, that's a flat-fee engagement. Either way, I'm around.

About three minutes. Your slot is confirmed once these are in — I only run ten free reviews a quarter, so the questions are how I make each one count.
